Sorry, about the lack of updates. I think I’m going to close this blog down for a while. For starters, One reason for this thing was to simply experiment with the medium, learn about and think about how it might be useful for New Dimensions projects. I found it’s kinda like going to the gym. A few trips and I lose interest. This is something that takes either a lot of will or a lot to say to keep going. Some of this content I’ll move over to a new experiment – wikis. I’ll send email announcements and post one last entry here to let you all know when that’s up and running.
Another reason I’m letting this thing slide is I’m getting tired of talking about the cancer thing. There’s reason to believe this round of chemo is having the desired effect, the few lumps the doc could feel are gone or going. A scan in a couple weeks will hopefully confirm that. Things is, this new chemo is having some reeeeeally annoying side effects. The worst – hiccups. don’t laugh. I’m losing sleep and these spasms are starting to hurt. Another side effect – blood clots. Yep , got one in my arm, so now I’m on blood thinners which carry their own host of problems.
So you see, the complaining, and that’s what it feels like, kinda’ gets me down. I think I’ll go back to letting M. email updates.
